Settla Bills ("the App") is developed by App Factory. This privacy policy explains what data the App collects, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data.

Summary

Settla Bills does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information you enter into the App stays on your device. There is no server, no cloud sync, no analytics, and no tracking.

Data You Enter

When you use Settla Bills, you may enter the following information:

• Bill names (e.g., "Rent", "Netflix")
• Bill amounts
• Due dates and recurrence schedules
• Reminder preferences
• Optional notes

This data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. It is never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No bank account information
• No credit card numbers
• No payment processing (bills are tracked, not paid, through the App)
• No location data
• No contacts or address book access
• No advertising identifiers
• No analytics or usage tracking
• No crash reporting data

Push Notifications

Settla Bills uses Apple's local notification system to remind you before bills are due. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to any server. You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone's Settings app.

In-App Purchases

Settla Bills offers optional subscription plans (Settla Bills Pro) through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. App Factory does not receive, store, or have access to your payment information. For details on how Apple handles purchase data, refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Settla Bills does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The App communicates only with Apple's StoreKit framework for in-app purchase functionality.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times:

• Delete individual bills by swiping left in the App
• Delete all data by uninstalling the App from your device

No data persists on any external server after deletion.

Children's Privacy

Settla Bills does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. The App does not collect data from any user of any age.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Since the App collects no data, significant changes are unlikely.
