- No device fingerprinting
- No advertising identifiers
- No account registration or login
- No automatically collected personal data
Third-Party Services
The Website uses the following third-party services:
- Vercel (hosting) — may collect standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) as part of their infrastructure. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Formspree (contact forms) — processes form submissions. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.
I do not sell, share, or trade any personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the EU/EEA, the legal basis for processing contact form data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — you voluntarily choose to submit the form. For server logs collected by Vercel, the legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — maintaining website security and availability.

Israeli Privacy Protection Law
I am based in Israel and comply with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (PPL). The Website does not maintain a database of personal information requiring registration with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (PPA). Contact form submissions are stored only in my email inbox and are not organized as a searchable database.
Israeli users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of any personal data. Contact me at support@appfactorylab.io.
Children's Privacy
The Website is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA). I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the contact form, please contact me and I will delete it.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in my email for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, then deleted. I do not maintain a separate database of inquiries. Vercel server logs are retained according to Vercel's data retention policies.
Data Security
The Website is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted securely via Formspree's encrypted infrastructure. I take reasonable measures to protect any personal data I receive.
International Data Transfers
Contact form data may be processed by Formspree (based in the United States) and hosted by Vercel (infrastructure in multiple countries). These services maintain appropriate data protection measures. By submitting a contact form, you acknowledge this transfer.
Do Not Track
The Website does not track users and therefore honors Do Not Track signals by default.

If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
